We decided to have a home inspection on our new construction before the warranty ran out. Dustin was personable and professional. Showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. We got a 24-page written report with photos. Now lets hope the builder follows up with Dustin's recommendations.

Craig, Dustin and staff were very responsive to our Templeton Prime Properties Team at Keller Williams. When our buyer chose A-Pro Home Inspection, from the first contact setting up the appointment, the entire process went smoothly. They showed up timely to the inspection (even though we had a decent snowfall that day) and got to work. They wrote an easy to understand report including a summary of their findings. They dress for the task, with logo shirts. They worked quickly and efficiently inspecting the entire home. The followup re-inspection was no nonsense review of the items requested. I will recommend Craig and his team to other buyers and sellers we assist.
